Workshops
All courses at one-stop-healing will be in small groups of up to 6 people or on an individual basis. They can be for personal development or for working towards becoming a practitioner within the field of complementary therapies. They are designed to suit anyone irrespective of experience, belief or background.
Reiki 1:
This includes an Introduction to the Reiki energy , the history of Reiki, Reiki Principles, self treatments, attunement and certificate.
Reiki 2:
Revision of Reiki 1, techniques for treatments, Reiki symbols, absent healing, attunement, setting up your practice.
Certificate on completion of case studies.
Grounding and Protection:
This explores the meaning of each, techniques for both and raising awareness of self
Introduction to the Chakras
Introduction to working with Crystals
Introduction to dowsing and using a pendulum
Useful tools for healing
Crystal healing levels 1, 2 & 3
Ancestral healing
